Fiori Catalogs restricted to open in mobile browser - opens in desktop site checked,

Dear Everyone,

We have a requirement to restrict few catalogs to be available in launchpad when opened from mobile browser.

To achieve this we have disabled it from catalog target mapping - unchecked the mobile option. It works well until the desktop site is off. Once the desktop site option is enabled in mobile browser all the catalogs are loaded.

Pls suggest if this is possible to restrict the catalogs on mobile completely no matter desktop site is on/off.
