Hi Experts,
I am Struggling with Malfunction report app, and I need your help.
1. I have created 1 Personel number-- > assign to user (Info type: 105)
2. I create a malfunction report --> assign to that personnel number.
3. But after that, I use the user which assigned to personnel number to continue --> Have no function to release or start work, etc ( you can see in the picture)
--> Please guild me how to configure and implement the app.

Kindly check the very end of implementation guide from below link. Probably you do not have business partners synchronized with personnel master data. You should have a business partner with role BUP003 assigned to personnel number.
"You need to synchronize the business partners so that the lead maintenance technician can assign work items to different maintenance technicians and choose the corresponding employee numbers from the input help. For more information, you can refer to the Customizing under Personnel Management SAP S/4HANA for Human Resources Synchronization of Business Partner for SAP HCM Employee Role. Furthermore, it is mandatory to provide a system user name for every maintenance technician in their employee record under infotype 0105 (Communication)."
P.S: If you complete the synchronization successfully, you would have the business partner number written next to user id, when you look at the user master data in SU01
