Fiori App F2359 Error: Target was not found

When opening Fiori App F2359 an error come up:

Target was not found 

sap.ui.generic.app.navigation.service.NavigationHandler is not a constructor

OData-services + SICF services were checked....also in F12 DEV mode of MS Edge.

Do you have an idea?

We have similar issues in our project. Odata service is active, SICF is active still it throws error

Hi all, getting the same error for same app id. We have SAPUI5 Version 1.120.0. I don't know if that helps.

Check for your SICF, Odata service, and Catalog access to open that application.

we implemented the note and reactivated the OData services, still the same error.
