Fiori App Extension Deployment from SAP BAS to S4HANA ON-premise

Hi all

I have created a very simple Fiori App Extension in BAS - just another tab for the Managing Product App.

I have used Deployment Application Wizard from BAS and the log is successful. I see some content in the Transport, but I could not find the service in SICF, neither I could get it in /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE

These fixes I have already tried:

1)Use of 

npm install -g @Pa_Vi/ux-ui5-tooling

just destroyed all my Development Space

2) Run 

/UI5/APPINDEX_CALCULATE

to update the indexed had no influence on the S/4HANA on-premise system

3) I have checked the type of the Package that I deployed, and it is "Standard ABAP"

4) I have checked my SAP Cloud Connector definitions and it looks OK and open for all directories

Any other ideas where to find the service? Which file it is stored in BAS, which derives the service to be registered in specific BSP library /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/?
