it seems that you want to check IQ table growth from IQ system views.
There is no internal IQ system table/view having information to track data size of individual tables but you may check entire IQ data growth if you perform regular IQ full backups.

The EarlyWatch Alert provides size information about the 50 largest tables in SAP IQ. By comparing the reports you can derive the table growth.
