I created an ordinary table in SAC.
Now I wanted to filter on a certain Dimension item.
eg. I just want to show all Items of "Sold of party" with number "3005512".
Now, I can just set a filter on the whole row but not on one certain item of a row.
Is there any possibility to filter a certain cell in a table?
Many thanks!

Hello maria_ganglmair42,
Default behavior of filtering is with AND condition. Try below. I dont like this setup of filtering though.
Select the table > select the sold to party you want to filter > Click on filter.> locate the filter on chart header (shown below) > Click on it > Edit filter

Your filters will appear under "AND" and this is default behavior.

Drag and drop all field under "OR" and delete AND operator. Make sure If required you can allow user/ viewers to delete filters in view mode.
Your view would look similar to below. Every field under OR

Thanks,
Vijayeta

Hello vijayeta.sharma!
Thank you so much for your answer!
Sadly it doesn't work in my case, because the "Settings for users" does not appear and I can't drag&drop the items.
I can't use "advanced filters" either.
Is that because of we are using a BW live connection (not HANA!)?
Database System: ORACLE
In the last few months I had some issues that we could not implement for this reason either...
Hello maria_ganglmair42,
There are functional limitation on live connection and based on version as well. Though I can see required operators are appearing in your screenshot. Drag and drop both the fields under OR row and delete AND from options.
Check this out:
Advanced Filtering
See if that gives you desired result.
Thanks,
Vijayeta
Ohhh, I am sorry! Obviously something went wrong with the screenshot...

Yes I created a story. Í know there is a possibility of filtering on a table in the designer section.
But that's not what I want.
I want to filter directly ON the table. There is a function, where you can do this. But just for the whole row.
eg.: If I filter on "3005512" with the filter possibility of the table itself, the whole row is filtered.

The result is the following: just one item is selected.

My question now is, if there is a possibility of filtering on "3005512" and getting all the materials "3005512" has orderd (not just one).
Many thanks!
