Filter expression in SAP ARIBA

Dear Experts,

I am trying to query Ariba API with a filter expression from CPI via HTTP but getting 400 error - FILTER EXPRESSION INVALID. Without Filter it is working fine.

Could you please suggest what would be the correct format ?

Query: limit=9999999&realm=theredsea-T&$filter=changeSequenceId%20eq%20'270'

changeSequenceId coming when trying without Filter
