Hi PI Experts,
We are working on Multi-mapping, where we read a source file and generate multiple target files(1:n). It was working fine from initial, but from last week messages are getting stuck at one receiver channel even though the data/records are not belongs to that channel. We have tried full cache refresh, system restart and even re-created all configuration objects(ICO), but still we are facing same issue.
When we test an interface by placing a source file which contains the data for one receiver structure, but the message getting stuck in another receiver channel which does not have any data to transform and it is throwing an error “Exception in XML Parser (format problem?):org.xml.sax.SAXParseException”. Please find the attached screenshots.
It gives a generalized error that file can not be posted due to parsing issue, but we don't have any data to transform and post a file through that receiver channel.
I have check and re-created Message Mapping, Operational mapping and ICO.
Note:: SAP PO single stack Version 7.5

Please help me to fix this issue.
Thanks in advance.
Thank you,
Chakradhar N
Hi Chakradhar!
If you assume that there might be a situation when the source message won't be splitted for all defined receivers, you should use conditions in Receiver Determination or dedicated MM/OM in Enhanced Receiver Determination first to avoid sending empty messages to receiver systems.

Hi,
Check AM payload and match it with FCC configuration. For more clearity, just remove FCC config from receiver file channel in which you are getting error.
