File Adapter issue

Hi Everyone,

We are facing a issue in file sender adapter while processing the file .

We are placing the file in FTP server in corresponding folder of the interface .Ideally it should pick the file and process .

But in Communication channel we are not having neither any error and nor the file is picking .

When we try to ping the channel we are getting the error like "File is either not available or cannot be read".

Directory"***" does not exist.

Can any one guide me to solve the issue .

We have done the full cache refresh of the system also after that also still issue is going on .

Please check the SAP Note 2358006 - FTP sender channel doesn't pick up files and fails with "FILE NOT FOUND" error

Also, Please check Q.No:54 from the SAP Note 821267 FAQ: XI 3.0 / PI 7.0 / PI 7.1 / PI 7.3 File Adapter

Please check in File server if the permission for the directory is 777 and also check if some file is present in the directory is with correct and Valid format as well.

Hi paladugu.vamsi ,

Please check the FTP folder has read/write access (0777) . and also verify the path and file naming convention is correct.
