Field Values in Intelligent Event Processing custom event

There are two fields ("Event Name" and "Event Context") in the setup of a custom event via Intelligent Event Processing in Cloud ALM. Does anyone have any experience using these two fields?  I hope I can add an object name and then a condition so the event truly is 'Intelligent' in nature. 

I am aware that it is not a good practice to have all custom developed Intelligent Events, but I believe they can be quite useful.

If you see my original reply, I direct you to each use case for documentation showing an explanation of what should be used for Event Context.  Did you see that?
