Field Value vanished and becomd blank in unmanaged scenario during edit and create

I have extended Manage sales order with new field Equipment number at header level, but when I am creating a new sales order or editing it , the value entered in this field vanished and become blank.

Highlighted fields added and showing proper data in display mode, But when I click on edit button Values got cleared.

how you enhanced the app? are those fields standard fields?

these fields are standard fields EQUNR and EQKTX, I have added field EQNR in vbak

then I have extended view E_SALEDOCUMENTBASIC

Then Extended Views R_SalesOrderTP, I_SalesOrderTP and C_SalesOrderManage to add these to fields

following anootations added in View C_SalesOrderManage to display fields in Manage sales order app.
