Field Scope Blank for Start Mass Processing - Customer

I have a file to update KNA1_AUSP-ATFLV containing 1 record to update a date. In my case, I wanted to add the date (the field is blank in NWBC). However when I load the file in Start Mass Processing, the "Fields in Scope" cell is completely blank.

Even when I unhide the action column on my upload sheet and add "I" for insert (since the field is blank), I get the same issue (however the "Fields in Scope" gets locked out).

My date format on the spreadsheet is "yyyymmdd", which matches the format SAP provides when I export the same field.

I would like the changes to be updated within Customer Governance, as my updates are required for customer accounts.

What is the solution to this? I need the fields in scope to populate with "KNA!_AUSP-ATFLV".

Thank you.

Hello,

I had the same problem but not with a standard field but a specific one. To resolve the issue, I added some configuration in MDCIMG.

Add your table on "Table setting" and after your fields

There is a note that explains what to do :

I know the problem is old, but if anyone comes across the topic and has the same problem I had this year, maybe this can help.

Best regards

Hi bedwards,

please ensure that the field is marked as "selective" within the MDCIMG configuration activity "Configure Process Model and Field Properties --> Configure Process Models".
