Field Mapping in Sales Order Level

Dear Expertise, 

We have requirement in Export sales process as below. 

Pre carriage By, country of origin, Country of final destination, Port of discharge, Port of loading, Freight - these all extension field are required for export screen on Sales Order. 

Could anyone guide us how to maintain this information and which is the field would be great appreciate. 

This is completely related to S4hana Public cloud edition.
