field link is greyed out in list report

Hi experts,

hope you can help us to solve this problem:

Created a Fiori Element app with an oData V4. One field in the listreport should be a link. The problem is that the link is greyed out. 
In the consumption view

'http://www.sap.com' as full_url

In the metadata

@ui: {lineItem: [ { position: 70, importance: #HIGH, label: 'Link' , type: #WITH_URL, targetElement: 'full_url'} ]}

The app preview in eclipse, preview in BAS and in the FLP, link is greyed out and can't be clicked. There is no navigation to an object page. 

our UI5 version is '1.120.19' .

Why is the link greyed out? and how to make it clickable?
