Fetch more than 1000 characters from single filed onto smartform printout

Need to fetch stored more than 1000 characters data from z custom field onto the smartform.

While fetching from z custom table on the screen, data is getting truncated to 255 and remaining characters are missing. So how can i solve this problem,

Note: i have tried using different Data types string, catring, rawstring etc.
