False responsibilities in Signavio Process Manager RACI matrix report

Hey there,

I'm stuck with the RACI report from SAP Signavio Process Manager.

I created a quite complex process flow and wanted to generate a RACI matrix from it. I used Signavio's reporting feature, and I experienced that some responsibilities were mixed up. In the matrix, they are not under the relevant role, although they are in the correct swim lane on the drawing.

Could you give me any suggestions what should I do to have the right RACI report?
(I tried to save again the process flow, closed it, and opened it again, but I don't have any more idea what to do...)

Thanks in advance for you all!
All the best,
István

Hi @istvan_palasthy

It's often that incorrect mapping in the Signavio Process Manager leads to inaccuracies in the RACI Matrix. Double-check the process flow to ensure all responsibilities are assigned accurately.

If this doesn't resolve your issue, I would suggest you to reach out to SAP Support via SAP for me, as they can guide you through potential technical issues. Hope this helps!

Please do let me know again via this thread when you find a solution. It could also certainly help others facing a similar issue in future.

Best,
Shreenith

Hi @shreenithnaik,

Thanks for your answer.

Although the tasks were in the right swimlane I figured out, if I move them to the next swimlane and then immediately back, after saving my flowchart the report gets better. I checked all my process steps and found that only a few process steps were involved, so I manually dragged them back and forth, and that helped.

It doesn't give any answer to the root of the problem, but it helped me at this amount of tasks. If I had lot more this solution could be really time consuming.

Thanks again for your help!
All the best,
István

I had the same problem. I tried multiple things- won't list them all here. Then I saw this thread. I moved the offending tasks to another swimlane and they showed up correctly in the report. When i moved them back to the correct swimlane, they showed the wrong role again. I deleted the swimlane and re-added it. That did the trick. Supporting info: The role name that was incorrect was orignally the POOL name. I deleted the pool name (we don't use them), but for these tasks, the deleted pool name somehow overrode the swimlane name/role with no visible way to correct the problem. Anyway, in my situation it looks like the swimlane is the problem.
