failed to load 'sap/base/util/fetch.js' when run integration testing

Hi experts,

I am working on the integration testing with opa5 and qunit recently. Sometimes I can get this error:

It only happens sometimes, not always, I didn't change anything, but this error shows up. Anyone knows whats going on here?

Also I'm still facing some other issues for the integration test, like unable to run karmaLocal on BAS, and get error like chrome headless disconnected. All those issues can't been seen on BAS, which means all the test cases runs successfully on BAS, but might build failed on Jenkins.

Our integration test component was been added after the whole project finished the development, I fixed a lot of issues about configurations but now it keeps popping up some other issues. Any testing experts can help? It's better to contact via teams if possible.
