Hi, I am unable to add a custom section to the List Report Object Page using an external fragment file.

This is the fragment file code. (Only trying to add a label below General Information section)

I am trying to add this below the General Information section.

and I am getting this error.

The version is already maintained at the manifest level, but why doesn't the library is correctly selected here?

Or there is another issue that is causing this?

I don't see any global namespace in your fragment file. You should add one like below:

xlmns="sap.m"
