Failed to load catalogs

Hello everyone , 

I am a newbie to the world of SAP. I am currently facing a challenge when I try to open the FIORI app. I am getting this error Failed to load catalogs , and therefore cannot access any of tiles from the HOME page. Can someone please help me here. I would like to know how can I check if the catalog role is assigned to my user. What is the t code for the same. And if that is the right way to go about this problem. Thanks for your support

I guess that not all the services of the Launchpad are activated or you haven’t configured the roles correctly.

thanks for your response. The issue was resolved however not by me but by the ABAP team.
