Failed to fetch instance destinations. Caused by timeout after 10000ms.

Hallo Community,

Our CAP application has been smoothly running on BTP CF for several months. However, we recently encountered an unexpected issue with the destination this week. Do we need to set any property to destination ?

Has anyone else experienced similar issues? The APIs connect to S4 HANA Cloud, making it challenging to debug as the problem occurs inconsistently—sometimes functioning correctly and other times failing.

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility" for this question, as SAP APIs are related to Extensibility.

This is not happening at regular time.. It could happen only be during maintenance time or upgrade of the service. Could you confirm now ?

I checked with BTP, S4 HANA cloud collegues there is no maintenance or upgrade now and the error from the deployed CAP application log is

The API are working fine and fast when tested from Postman.

could you try this destination api endpoint once in local postman or any API tool once ´?

The API in working fine and its also fast when tested from Postman
