Factory calendar for last week of every month

Hi All,

Is it possible to create a factory calendar for the last 7 days of every month keeping in mind that some months have 31 days in which case the last 7 days would be from 25th to 31st and some months have 30 days in which case the last 7 days would be from 24th - 30th and for Feb it'll be 22nd to 28th (except the leap year ofcourse).
