Facing the Unhandled Exception Error while doing the transaction in the SAP

Dear Experts,

We are facing the Unhandled Exception Error while doing the transaction in the SAP.
This issue is only facing Super User as manager.
Other users haven't faced this issue yet.
Please check the attached screenshot & share any workaround.

Please check if issue is same as in note   3377581.

If not, please let us know exact version of SAP Business One and exact steps to reproduce the issue.
