Facing issues with Free entity in SAP Conversational AI

Hello all,

I was following the OpenSAP course for SAP Conversational AI and faced below issue.

Free entity issue - I created 2 custom entities of Free and restricted type. There is no issue with the restricted one, but in the free custom entity I am not able to see the list of values tab nor I can enter new ones or see the import csv option visible. I deleted and created a new one but still the issue exists

My understanding is that free entities are defined by selecting words with intent expressions and marking them as examples of the entity values … based on the values AND their appearance within the intent expressions, the NLP learns to distinguish these entities.

if you you have more specific definition for these entities, you use restricted or regex entities
