Facing issue of email alerts are not able to send.

Dear Expert,
 
Please note that, the customer is not on active support from SAP hence we are not able to upgrade the database.
 
We are facing issue of email alerts are not able to send. 
 
We have done the following.
 
- SLD alert setting is enabled
- All SAP services are running
- Restarted Job services & Service layer
- Alert Query is showing result
-Alert user id unlocked & have super user rights.

Is alert triggered within B1 client? The only issue is that it is not being sent by email?
