o_O So, your anti-virus is blocking the Agent by preventing it from accessing the Registry regarding JavaScript functionality? Could you please email me the name of the AV?

The antivirus is Trend Micro Antivirus, but we ask to exclude the paths where the Desktop Agent is installed and it worked.
