F2071 create notification while saving Creating operations are disabled for entity 'EAM_OBJPG_MAINTN

Hi experts,

In F2071 there is a hidden button 'create', we can make it visible via adapt-ui

When we click on 'create' and try to save the notification the following message appears

Creating operations are disabled for entity 'EAM_OBJPG_MAINTNOTIFICATION~C_OBJPGMAINTNOTIFICATI'
Found note 3155352 , but this one is old from 2022.

app details

When we check the /sap/opu/odata/sap/EAM_OBJPG_MAINTNOTIFICATION_SRV/$metadata , and search for 'sap:creatable=',  we see a lot of sap:creatable="false" (336 times)

Does anyone know if it's possible to make it workable? Or is this the reason why the button is hidden?  😁
