F-36 bill of exchange reference field updating with Transaction record number

Dear Experts,

User is entering Reference(DRxxxxx1234) and assignent Fields manually in T code F-36 Bill Of Exchange. However, till simulate reference field is showing same text as user entered but once posting happenned, reference field and assignments are updating with Transaction record number(1xxxxxxxxx03) (The text user enters in reference and assignments fields are over riding).

User wants the same text as he entered in Reference and assignment fields. Please help where can we configurer it.

Hello @V-KARTHIK, just check if any substitution (OBBH) is active in your system also check sort key of involved accounts in posting for assignment field.

Hi Sumesh, I have checked OBBH settings but could not find any substituions at Document header level and Complete document level. Is there any other possible reason for the same?

Hello karthik, involve ABAP person & debug it is possible that some custom enhancement done.
