Extractor Checker Show Less Records

Hi,

I'm using rsa3 to check for a particular extractor, it only show 2 months' records, but there are more records maintained in the source system.

My settings are: data records/calls = 10000

display extr. calls = 10

update mode = F

I have turned on the debug mode, but still i can't figure it out.

may i know how to rectify this problem? appreciate any guideline.

hello,

what is the extractor type..is it generic?

are you getting the full records 100000 for the selection below?

check by increasing the extr.calls to 100.

Also,sometimes RSA3 Extract check does not return reqd records.Try scheduling a load to BI thru IP and check the no. of records coming in.

Hi,

The extrator is 2LIS_05_QVUDN. We have roughly 5000 records, but it's showing only 600 records.

when in the BI system, it only shows the 300 records. that's why i trace back to the extractor.

RSA3 in full mode for LO extractors will fetch from Set up tables.

Delete the set up tables and reload and check.

Those 600 records must be those which are present in set up table which was filled long back.

Hi,

May be there is Some kind of selection condition while creating datasource. If it is created on a View check that if it is having any selection conditions. Increase your number of calls and check once again.

Are you expecting more than 100000 records?

Because thats how much you asked for 10000 * 10
