Hi Team,
We are using the communication scenario SAP_COM_0177 for external tax calculation integration with Avalara. During the migration of customers to the test system for UAT using the Migration Cockpit, an outbound service for tax jurisdiction code determination is triggered.
We have observed that for many customers, the State/City/Zip Code details are not being sent to CPI. These details are mandatory for Avalara to correctly determine the tax jurisdiction.
Could you please propose how to fix this issue ?
Did someone face the same issue before !? Is there any workaround ?
Attached are screenshots showing examples of both correct and incorrect payloads.
