Extension wizard not working

Hi Experts,

I have gone through this video and configure all the steps mentioned here. Though I can see the create extension button but am not able to proceed as it showing some configurations are missing.

Can you please guide here

I have the same situation. I followed all the instructions and got the same message: "Missing Configuration."
