Extended Workflow Notification: Mac OS

Dear All,

I have configured the Extended Notification for a Workflow. The mails with attachment are coming to outlook and are working fine on a windows machine. But all executive persons are using a Mac Book with Mac OS X operating system. They are unable to open the attachment, it's giving error 'ConnectionDocumentReader.doOpenDocument()'. On their machines SAP Java GUI is installed.

So please help with the alternate solution to approve from a Extended Notification mail attachment received on Microsoft Outlook on a Mac OS machine.
