We have recently configured a workflow attachment where a file named 'SAP Workflow.SAP' is received in Outlook. When a Windows user opens it, no error occurs. However, when someone tries to open it on a MacBook, they encounter an error that says 'ConnectionDocumentReader.doOpenDocument()'.
