Extended Withholding Tax: exclusion strategy steps

Hello experts,

I want to get programmatically the steps defined in an exclusion strategy for withholding tax code. Customization is via SPRO->Financial Accounting->Financial Accounting Global Settings->Withholding tax->Extended withholding tax->Calculation->Define Exclusions.

I found there is view V_WITH_EXCL_STR but from there somehow I need to navigate in an ABAP program to the steps defined in customization so as to determine whether a G/L account is included in a range in a derivation rule.

Is there any function module or other standard way to retrieve the steps defined in an exclusion strategy for withholding tax?
