Extend UKM000 role to a business partner (Mass update)

Hello Champs,

We migrated customers from ECC to S4H, where we are missing UKM000 role for most of the migrated BP.

What we encountered:

1. After migration, most of the BP's were missing the role UKM000.

What we did:

1. We used UKM_MASS_UPD5 to extend the UKM000 role to the business partner.

How we did this:

1. Execute the T code: UKM_MASS_UPD5

2. Rule: MIG

3. Business partner: XXXXXXXX

4. Enabled the Create role without exsisting master data

5. test run.

And we got the following result with out ant BP picked

We also tried with update run, and untoggle the create role even without master data.

Please help us to resolve this issue and extend the UKM000 role to BP (Mass update)

Hello Champs,

We gor the solution for this Mass update of UKM000.

Initially we provided the rule as "MIG" while updating the role to the BP.

This causes the issue while extending.

Solution:

1. Skip the Rule

2. Provide the BP.

3. Toggle the Create role even exsisting master data.

4. Update Run
