Export Webi to PDF since Launch Pad

Hi,

I have a Webi (4.3) report and I am trying to export to PDF from the Launch Pad but the file it generates cuts the tables and they do not appear correctly in the PDF.

The report tables vary in size depending on the month filter that is applied.
Is there a way to tell them to fit the size of the PDF?

If you change the view to Print format that will give you an idea of how the resulting pdf will look and you can adjust accordingly.

Hi Fernando,

I believe that this is normal behaviour, how would you display e.g. 30 months on one PDF page? They will not fit in.

If it makes sense for your report, there is possibility to turn the cross table, so that rows are months and therefore the table would be extended in length not width if filters are applied.

Otherwise IMHO for your purpose, you should rather use Excel export.
