Export to Excel not working in CATS_DA

Hi Everyone ,

I just changed my laptop and reinstalled SAP. Afterwards whenever I am trying to download the Data from CATS_DA report using Export Spreadsheet option , it is not asking for any path to be downloaded and then showing a message like Downloaded in Z:\TEMP\EXPORT.XLSX , this Z folder doesn't even exist in my laptop .

Could someone please help.

Did you already

• Check your SAP GUI options for some default directory/file to export
• Check you SAP profile for the same kind of default (e.g. SU3 parameter GR8, etc.)

Hi Raymond ,

Thank you for your suggestion .

But both of these were not there in my ID . Our IT team is telling to uninstall and Reinstall SAP .

Please let me know in case of any other way you know .

There is an auto-check option in the SAP GUI Logon pad (options > system information > Check SAP GUI Installation)
