Export data from IBP to BW using HCI

Hi,

We have executed IBP Inventory. I have created successfully BW as target data source. Using HCI and calculation scennario of Inventory planning area, I am able to Export data from IBP to File System.

Now, Using HCI and same calculation scennario of Inventory planning area, I am trying to Export data from IBP to BW system, I am getting below error message.

Please guide into this.

BAPI returned message <RFC_ABAP_EXCEPTION-(Exception_Key: READ_FAILURE, Cannot use function module BWHCLNT800 for type 3)[SAP NWRFC 721][SAP Partner 740 ][BWH][airinmssapv33][DEVELOPER ][4103]> from method <DEST_RFC_TCPIP_READ>.

Yes, me same having issue. Created DS as BW Target

Hello, it seems to be a BW misconfiguration, do the following:

1) check if there is the RFC destination of type T (trx SM59).

2) check if there is an external source with the same name as the RFC destination (trx RSA1).

3) check in your infosource if the source system is set to the external system.

4) activate the infosource and import again into CPI-DS
