export and import CUA master system

Hi experts,

we will overwrite the DEV and QAS system with a copy of the PRD system in a 3 systems landscape (ERP 6.0 EhP5). On the actual DEV system the CUA central system is located in a own client. Before the system copy I want to export (SCC8) this CUA client. I have found several copy profiles. Which copy profile should I use?

I have found SAP_RECO in note 24853.

Does somebody has any experiences?

Hi Joe,

Pleas check Note 399917 - CUA: Moving of a CUA via Client or System Copy

You can use profile SAP_UCUS as SAP_RECO is used when a client is accidently deleted.

Also you can think of Deactivating CUA temporarily as per Note 320449 - Deactivating the CUA temporarily and then take a export of the client.
