Excluding option for Smart field in a smart form sapui5

Hello,

I have a custom sapui5 XML view where there are some smart fields shown in a smart form using odata anotations.

The value help dialog for a field LAND1 shows list of possible plants to select but the user also wants to have an option to exclude some countries.

I know it is possible in smartfilterbar field but we don't want to have a filterbar just for 1 field.

So i am looking for a way to make the 'excluding' available for a smart field.

So in the above example, I want to put a condition something like 'country != DE'

Can anyone help me ?
