I have installed Excel Report and Interactive Analysis Designer, But some database can't use it.

Since the Excel Report and Interactive analysis designer is an add-in of MS, it depends on Excel, .net framework and so on.

May you open an incident to the component SBO-BC-DB-HANA to ask for Development support
