Event Mesh activation in Integration Suite fails

Hi,

I added Manage Business Events (Event Mesh) from Manage Capabilities in Integration Suite and activated it in Configure -> Event Mesh and it shows Failed.

Even if I Deactivate the Event Mesh and reactivate it, it still shows Failed.
Please let me know if you know the cause or how to solve this problem.
