Hi,
We installed BI4.1_SP4 in Windows Server2012.
Tomcat 7.0 is the APServer.
The following error shows in an event viewer.

By the way, after error occurrence, it seems no problem in BO.
Please tell me the cause and the corrective action by which this error log is indicated.

Can you check the PID for 81037 in Task manager. and Tomcat service as well
I suspect this is an issue related with logging at tomcat / APS. Have we set any logging level for the servers. Probably the logs are not getting accumulated as set in their properties.
