Error With BAPI CONNECTION

Hi, I was reviewing the BAPI consumption ways that the SAP RPA solutions have, I tried to create the connection with an action group and with the BAPI SDK, but in both cases the console showed me an error trying to make the connection with SAP . When I use the BAPI SDK the error is the next one:

I filled all the mandatory fields for a basic connection, such as: User, Password, Instance number, Language and system. I extracted this info from the connection in sap logon:

I made sure I meet the prerequisites that appears in the help sap article:

Having an agent version of 2.0.34,but the error persists. I don't know if there is a restricted type of sap logon connection or if the user that is going to be used must be of a specific type or if it has to have special permissions or roles. If anyone knows how to solve this issue it would be very helpful. Thank you in advance!!
