Error while writing Idoc to file in we19

Hi All,

Am getting an error message when trying to write Idoc to file in we19, 

when Enter, I get the below message,

Which gives dump as below,

Short Text
File "/tmp/idocnumber" is already open.

This is happening only for a particular partner. 

Request some insights on the above issue.
