Error while the " update structure " in Information Design Tool

Hello everyone ! I faced an error on the IDT while executing the Update Structure .

Error : The servers of the DEV-BO.dlm.ma:6400 CMS and the @ DEV-BO.dlm.ma: 6400 cluster, of type pjs and equipped with the DataFederatorService service were not found. They may have stopped or been disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)
