Error while deploying apps to the HTML5 application repository

Hi everyone

I get the following error message when redeploying applications to the HTML5 application repository on the SAP BTP Cloud Foundry environment:

Could not upload applications to app-host-id '....' : Unknown system error -122, open 'tempFolder/B7CrO8O3_0_-J1-0r1VTXeHu.zip'

I did a successful deploy earlier this week, and I can see no changes in my code that could explain this error.
I get the same result when using the @sap/html5-app-deployer or when using the CF CLI html5 plugin

Did anyone else encounter this issue and found a solution for it?

No solution, but I've got a high priority OSS open about it. I see the status page is helpful as always and says everything is fine

I can (re)deploy now to the HTML5 application repository.

I have seen this error as well on March 19th, 20th, and 22nd (today) . However, the error seems to be intermittent, as everything was fine on March 21st.

The problem should have been fixed by now.
