Error while creating behavior definition in ADT

Hello All,

When I am trying to create a behaviour definition for basic view in eclipse the system throws an error stating "type BDEF/BDO unknown" and when I tried to create directly via file->new->other->core data services->behaviour definition, I am getting error "No authorization to create objects of this object type in the selected project".

I have attach both the screenshot for you reference. 

Note: We have on Premise HANA system

Which SAP Release do you have? Which ADT Version do you use and are you using Modeling Tools for SAP BW/4HANA ?
