Error while creating application component & datasource BW4HANA

Hello Everyone,

I am taking this error while creating Application Component or datasource.

Is there anybody who has encountered this error or has any idea?

Using 2.3.37 64 Bit Hana Studio and all modelling tools installaled and upgraded latest version.

I faced with this exact issue and the solution was to implement this note into the BW System (tcode SNOTE):

2612141 - Application Component can not be created
