Error while creating a decisions in Build Process Automation - Again?

I'm trying to add a decision object to a SAP Build Process Automation project. After creating and configuring the decision I close the decision configuration screen and can see that the decision object found in the overview of objects in the project is stored with a almost transparent font.

 The decision object disappears (automatically deleted) in the overview of objects on the project.

I have raised similar question previously (Solved: Error while creating a decision - SAP Community) and the issue was solved. But it seems like the issue with decision creations in Build Process Automation occurs again. 

Has anyone done the same observations?

Hi, Yes, I'm experiencing the same thing. Tried to create the "Decision" every possible way, still ends up deleted.

Hi, Yes, still the same issue:

Decision gets while doing the "Release" process.
