Error while adding SAP Build Apps service in BTP Free trial account

Hello,

It's interesting to see SAP Build Apps in BTP Free Trial Account - finally ! Earlier the options were either BTP Free Tier Account or BTP Build Sandbox.

With so much excitement, I'm trying to subscribe this Build Apps service now in my free trial account.

First the subscription failed due to missing Cloud Identity services. So, I had subscribed to cloud identity services and tried again to subscribe Build Apps. The subscription failed again and this time the reason is not specific.

Please see the attached print screen.

I'm sorry but SAP Build Apps isn't available on the SAP BTP Trial landscape yet.
We are working on this topic and hope that we can release it soon. Please note that in the meantime, until we release SAP Build Apps on SAP BTP Trial, you can use the SAP Build Apps Sandbox free of charge for 30 days as explained by Joe on the blog: https://groups.community.sap.com/t5/sap-builders-blog-posts/announcing-the-sap-build-apps-sandbox/ba...

Please contact me via email buildapps@sap.com to clarify your onboarding issue more in detail. I assume that you are using another SAP BTP environment but we shouldn't clarify this in detail via this community post.

Hello Shamo,

Seeing Build Apps under BTP Trail Account is an error. It's not supposed to be available in Trail Account as of now.

But, soon they will make it available and that will be announced here What's New for SAP Build Apps | SAP Help Portal

I have the same problem.

Thanks beatrice.pasch - btw. The option "Get started with SAP Build Apps" under Booster (Global Account) is also not available in BTP Trial.

shamo.mikayil As Venkat wrote in another comment, SAP Build Apps can be seen in the Trial entitlements but it's not working at the moment. Therefore, the booster is also not available yet. We will announce the availability of SAP Build Apps @BTP Trial via our What's new documentation: https://help.sap.com/docs/build-apps/service-guide/what-s-new-for-sap-build-apps
